1 Percent Everyday LLC is an independent software studio founded on a simple idea: the best products are built by people who care deeply about a specific problem and keep improving their solution, consistently, over time. We're not chasing trends or building for acqui-hire. We're building apps that are useful today and better tomorrow.
Our flagship product, Tootly, is a direct expression of that philosophy — a genuinely useful career tool that we continue to improve release by release, based on how real people use it. The app doesn't try to do everything. It does a few things extremely well: helping people understand and articulate their professional value, benchmark their market rate, and find their next role more effectively than they could without it.
Tootly gives users a structured capability profile built from their own work history, AI-driven salary benchmarks calibrated to their specific role and metro area, and the ability to assess their fit against real job postings before they apply. It generates tailored resumes and cover letters grounded in a user's actual background — not generic AI output — and lets users browse and apply to live listings with their polished materials already prepared.
The "1 percent" in our name comes from the idea of continuous, compounding improvement. One percent better each day isn't dramatic, but it's consistent — and consistency, compounded over months and years, produces results that look extraordinary from the outside. That's how we develop our products. That's how we want our users to experience their own growth. And it's the standard we hold ourselves to as a studio.
